Compliance certification supports the facilities ability to maintain regulatory guidance in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code, Health and Safety Code, Code of Federal Regulation, National Fire Protection Association as well as local laws and governance.
In this course Ashley Austin-Hill, MHS, SMQT, CCM, CALM. provides you tools, guidance and support materials to meet the compliance standards required to keep a facility licensed and records maintained.
Participants will be given compliance tools to develop an in facility compliance program.
Compliance Certification
Nuse delegation supports the client's preference in the provision of health care including the choice and control for delivery of services in the community-based setting.
In this course, Pat T. Nixon, RN-BSN, CALM-CDP, lead nurse consultant for iNurse Delegate provides 4 hours of instruction on safe medication administration by unlicensed assistive personnel in long-term care settings. The course provides in-depth instruction on safety in medication administration, procedures, and documentation. A certificate of completion is issued for participants who pass the final exam with a score of 80% or better.

This certification prepares and certifies you for management of an assisted living facility in Texas. This course is 24 hours over a 6 week period. This is so you have time to absorb and implement the information and regulation provided to you. Each week you will take an activity back to your facility based on the certification principle taught that week. This provides you with the following tools in being an ALF manager:
- who understands and can implement regulation
- who can prepare and maintain a compliant and competent facility
- who is adapt in resource management
- who is capable of managing the safety and well being of others
